Sacred Space is a place where you can get intentional, become empowered, and cultivate a loving relationship with yourself. Here, you are safe to come as you are and access the deepest sacred space within yourself to inspire healing and change.
By dedicating time and space in your life to nurturing wellness, you can cultivate a more authentic connection to yourself and the world around you.
Inclusivity
Welcome!
I’m Joeline, and I’m glad you are here. As a person-centered, holistic therapist, my aim is to provide you with a haven in your life where you can feel calm and connected. Whether you’re navigating a challenging life transition, grieving a loss, healing old wounds, or simply trying to find your voice, I invite you to the sacred space of counseling, where meaningful transformation can take place.
I work with individuals and couples across the spectrum of age, identity, and experience, and my services are particularly well-suited for those seeking alternative, holistic treatments for anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma-related issues. Through methods that honor the mind-body-spirit relationship, I invite you to tune into your authentic self so it can direct you in becoming embodied, empowered, and healed.
Let’s connect to find out more about how my counseling approach can help you.
Our Approaches
Holistic Therapy
Throughout life’s ups and downs, we are always striving for greater meaning, purpose, and connection. Holistic therapy acknowledges the kinship between mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. As you learn to tap into your wisdom and trust your intuition, you can enhance your quality of life and relationships–including the one you have with yourself.
Trauma-Informed Counseling
All of us carry wounds that impact our experience of the world, whether we’re aware of it or not. As a trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to helping you feel safe, secure, and aware of your body. Healing wounding experiences on a deep level, you can free yourself from the cycle of trauma, anxiety, and distress.
A BIPOC & LGBTQ Affirming Approach
For those of us that come from marginalized communities, it’s important to form a relatable, trusting connection with providers. As a queer-identifying therapist from a Mexican and Filipina background, I aim to offer culturally competent therapy that allows my clients to feel seen. Collaborating together, we can heal intergenerational wounds and create new narratives.
